Trademark Specialist

Cedric Yip received his Bachelor of Laws from Peking University in 2001 and his Honour Diploma in Law and Business from Hong Kong Shue Yan University in 1995.  He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Trademark Practitioners.

Cedric has more than 10 years' previous experience in different law firms and his extensive working experience includes trademark prosecution not only for Hong Kong and China but also throughout the Asian regions, as well as oppositions and enforcement.

In addition to trademark matters, Cedric also handles patent and design prosecution in China, Hong Kong and Macau

Cedric’s working languages are English, Chinese and Cantonese.
