Patent Engineer, Electrical/Mechanical
Being one of the top students and
awarded numerous scholarships during her years of studies, Jamie received
both her Bachelor degree in Opto-Electronics and her Master degree in
Physical Electronics from the Huazhong University of Science and
Jamie commenced her career as a Patent Examiner in the Opto-Electronics Department of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) in China, where she had examined more than 150 patents for invention. She then worked as a Patent Engineer in an Intellectual Property firm in Shanghai, and conducted training for patent engineers and scientists. She specializes in patent re-examination, patent prosecution, patent translations and filing of foreign patent applications.
Jamie’s working languages are English and Chinese.
