Jeff earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Beijing Technology & Business University in 2002 and received a Master's degree in Biology Science from Tsinghua University in 2006. He qualified as a patent agent in 2006 and as an Attorney-at-Law in 2008.

Jeff began his career as a patent agent, and has experience in patent drafting and application, patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate analysis, patent invalidation, litigation and licensing.

Jeff is a member of the All-China Patent Agents Association. His working languages are English and Chinese.
